Cathay Pacific Unveils The Deck at Hong Kong International

Share

Cathay Pacific has unveiled The Deck, the airlineÔÇÖs newest lounge, at Hong Kong International Airport. Located near Gate 16 in Terminal 1, the Deck opened its doors to passengers on 22 March 2018.

Designed in the signature style of Cathay PacificÔÇÖs award-winning lounges, The Deck provides understated luxury to put the weary traveller at ease. Distinct from other Cathay Pacific passenger lounges at its home in Hong Kong, The Deck sits on a balcony on the eastern side of the terminal building.

The Terrace, an open-ceiling L-shaped veranda featuring both table and individual seating, offers panoramic views of the airportÔÇÖs apron, taxi-ways and northern runway.

In this new lounge, guests can enjoy a wide variety of drinks and dining options. Passengers yearning for a taste of Hong Kong can choose from local classics, including wonton noodles in a hearty broth, fish ball noodles and a variety of dim sum and buns. Ready-to-order Asian delights, such as dan dan noodles and Japanese-style vegetarian noodles, are also available.

The Deck will join Cathay PacificÔÇÖs other lounges at HKIA ÔÇô including The Bridge, The Pier Business and First-Class lounges, The Wing Business and First Class lounges and The Arrival ÔÇô in providing customers with a Life Well Travelled experience.
