Head to Macao for a day trip from Hong Kong with a boat ride of 55 minutes. Start your tour with a visit to some of the world’s most famous sites. Take a look at the ruins of the Roman Catholic church St. Paul, which dates back to 1602 but is now in ruins. Then visit the A-Ma temple, which was built in 1488 and is now part of the UNESCO World Heritage list. Finally, explore the history of Macao at the old Mount Fortress, which used to be a military defense structure. Take a leisurely walk in the Senado Square and then head back to the ferry.
