The Michelin Bib Gourmand has seen a number of Singapore street food vendors winning the coveted award, a testimony of the quality of the cityÔÇÖs cuisine and to its diverse and dynamic food scene.

On this tour, your ÔÇÿinsiderÔÇÖ food explorer will take you through hidden alleys to some of SingaporeÔÇÖs Michelin Star ÔÇÿrestaurantsÔÇÖ. Come prepared with an appetite as you will be tasting food and snacks from 5ÔÇô6 different stalls from two hawker centres. You will not only enjoy the best bites but hear fascinating stories about the food and the proud people behind them.

Noodle Story serves a combination of Singapore wanton noodle with Japanese ramen topped with tender cha-su (barbeque pork) and crispy potato-wrapped prawn, inspired by modern European techniques and Asian flavours. Famous Crispy Curry Puff, fan-shaped flaky deep-fried pastries filled with chicken or sardines, are best enjoyed hot. Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles, the first hawker stall to win a Michelin star in Singapore, has seen its popularity grown fuelling its expansion overseas. Local favourite Char Kway Teow, stir fried flat rice noodles with eggs and prawns, may look like an easy dish to dole out but is one of the hardest hawker food to cook ÔÇô the ingredients, skill and even the tools must be in sync. Save room for ice kachang, a colourful mountain of syrupy shaved ice with sweetened red beans, jelly cubes, creamed corns and other treasures.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel.
