Expected to open in Q4 2016, the new Rosewood Phnom Penh will occupy the top 14 storeys of the Vattanac Capital Tower One, the capitalÔÇÖs tallest building, located along Preah Monivong Boulevard in the heart of the burgeoning central business district. A panoramic view of the city and fabled Mekong River will be visible from its position in the structure ÔÇô which is inspired by the silhouette of a rising dragon ÔÇô and the Royal Palace, National Museum and Central market will be within easy reach. Featuring 148 rooms and suites, which will be amongst the largest guestrooms in Phnom Penh, an additional 27 residences will be available for long-stay visitors. Dining options include a bistro, lobby lounge, two specialty restaurants and a sky bar on a dramatic cantilevered terrace. Recreational facilities will feature RosewoodÔÇÖs signature Sense┬« spa, a 20-metre swimming pool and a fitness centre. Meeting facilities will include The Pavilion residential-style space and multi-functional meeting rooms.
